This minimalist painting impresses with its strong color composition. The painting was slowly built up by applying various layers of which most are semi-transparent. By this, the beneath layers softly shine through which provides this color field painting with a softer and more vibrant look, compared to applying color fields with opaque colors. Additionally, the painting presents itself with various little details that offer a lot of things to explore for the viewer. I used a strong orange-based red, meets white, two shades of blue as well as a dark red and an emerald green for creating interesting contrast. This is a work that is suitable for any room, as it creates a stimulating but unobtrusive atmosphere. The painting was made on a high-quality unprimed painting cloth with a weight of 300 g/sqm. The title and the signature are placed on the back. The side edges aren´t painted over with white paint. This reveals more about my painting process and makes stretching more easy for you. Shipped rolled and without stretcher bars. Can be stretched on stretcher bars with a depth of 4 cm / 1,8" (or more).
