This Cuvée is therefore the result of a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir from vineyards grown on sandy-clay soil near Ecueil, a Premier Cru village. Vinification and first fermentation occur in fût de chêne and the dosage is equal to 0 g/l - making it a Brut Nature. To make the wine even more original, each bottle is equipped with a "staple" as a cork system. Produced in a limited quantity of only 608 bottles. All bottles are perfectly stored in a wine cellar. The bottle will be sealed with plastic film to ensure that the label will not get damage, then it will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a suitable cardboard box.
