Mansengs is one of three blends bottled under his negotiant label of Jean-Baptiste Semmartin et Companie. It differs from the others as it is labelled as Vin de France, due to a portion of Jean-Baptiste's estate fruit being added to the blend. It's got crystalline mineral acidity and the signature tension that Jurançon whites have, making a great match for fresh saline seafood.
