Arnaud is dedicating a large part of his efforts to the agricultural phase with a promising approach. Arcanes is the fruit of Arnaud Robert's passion for assemblage. Cuvées produced in limited quantities, aged for more than 10 years, which reflect all the complexity and richness of champagne. Arcanes N°5 is composed of 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier. Profile: Powerful nose with a nice character that expresses maturity. Gingerbread notes are followed by a delicate melliferous and gourmet register. Greedy mouth that lets the character of this cuvée express itself. Final on notes of white fruits in syrup.
