JM Millésime 2011 Brut de barrel is a 9-year-old agricultural rum that comes to us from Martinique. It is at the Fonds-Préville distillery that JM produces this AOC rum, which is part of the long list of old vintage “paper label” rums. Column distilled in December 2011, it was then placed in American oak barrels that had contained bourbon. On March 19, 2021, more than 9 years later, it was bottled at cask strength, without dilution or addition of any kind. The freshness and liveliness of the spicy notes of this 2004 vintage JM Vieux Rum lead you towards a finish in balance between fruity aromas and a subtly woody touch. Produced in very limited quantities, this very old vintage rum was bottled "Brut de Fût" and has an alc content of 46.3%.
