The 5-hectare estate, located in the commune of Fleurie, is entirely planted with Gamay. The vines, some of which are over a century old, are cultivated biodynamically, with the grapes lovingly hand-picked and grown without any chemical intervention. Semi-carbonic maceration is used exclusively with indigenous yeasts, and an antique press is employed. Beyond that, Yvon is rather tight-lipped.

With its very low yields, the production of these exceptional Gamay wines is limited, and we are delighted to offer you a selection.
