1. Ledaig 10 Years Old - Peated Single Malt (Isle of Mull)
Ledaig is the heavily peated expression from the Tobermory distillery. It is famous for its intense, medicinal smoke and maritime character, often described as an "Islay-style" malt from a different island.
Age: 10 Years Old.
Bottling Date: February 2, 2019 (Batch Code: 1903381 15:55).
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Intense bonfire smoke, seaweed, and black pepper with a hint of iodine.
Palate: Thick and oily. Powerful peat smoke balanced by sweet malt and sea salt.
Finish: Long, spicy, and satisfyingly smoky.
Specifications: 70cl | 46.3% ABV | Non-chill filtered & Natural colour.

2. Craigellachie 13 Years Old - 'The Bad Boy of Speyside'
Craigellachie is world-renowned for its old-fashioned production methods, using traditional "worm tubs" for cooling the spirit. This results in a heavy, "meaty," and slightly sulphurous character that is unique in the Speyside region.
Age: 13 Years Old.
Bottling Date: November 7, 2018 (Batch Code: L183112480 11:03).

Nose: Distinctive aromas of roasted marshmallows, exotic fruits (pineapple), and a touch of bonfire smoke.
Palate: Robust and oily. Notes of baked apples, cloves, and a savoury, meaty complexity.
