I have only received the red chair, not the blue one, so the whole packet has not been delivered.
Please confirm me where the blue chair is located and when i am going to received it.

Hi. I don't really know why you give negative feedback. I have sent the chairs in two packages, mentioning that PostNL is very busy at the moment due to corona. That they are delivered to the Post at the same time by me, does not guarantee that they will be delivered to you at the exact same moment. I have sent you, when I delivered them at the post office, the track and trace codes of both packages. The blue chair is sorted and is probably on its way to Spain. Just a bit of patience, probably it will arrive within a couple of days. Upon this, I find it quite disappointing that you immediately give negative feedback, without sending me first a personal message with your questions or concern.
