I am very disappointed with this seller's post-sale customer service. When the vintage watch encountered the seller ignored my messages, only to later hide behind weak and unprofessional excuses.

Uhr nicht den Sammlerzustand wie beschrieben, nach Prüfung aufgefallen. Keine Antwort auf Nachrichten und keine Möglichkeit Catawiki einzubinden, da Zeit abgelaufen. Ich fühle mich getäuscht!!!!!

I received the watch (Working fine) the lid attachment is still an open question...not understand how you can firmly attach the lid. Ok otherwise, Juweler (Schaap & Citroen) will seek an solution.
