Net weight is lower. Tested. It's more like 650/1000 silver. The lighter doesn't work. But at least it's pretty.

Your silver test is wrong then it's Dutch silver officially marked as 835. Dutch silver has one of the highest standards worldwide, there is no way its below 835, improve your testing. The lighter does work, I have video proof that it sparks, its just empty of fuel. Disappointing buyer, please dont return.
