The order was delivered very late. On top of that, the ring I purchased does not look authentic. There was also no documentation included with the package—nothing to prove that the ring is genuine.

The item arrived not like the image and has since proven to be a fake . The seller has not responded to my email. Their page has vanished I want a refund . And Catawiki has closed the investigation .
