Magnificent large Art Deco porcelain sculpture depicting a Lying Foal, creation of the famous artist Albert Hussmann for Rosenthal Selb Art Department, in excellent condition.
Extremely Rare collectors item, by one of the most appreciated and desirable sculptor Albert Hinrich Hussmann.
Albert Hinrich Hussmann (1874–1946) was a German artist and sculptor specializing in horse and rider statues. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Berlin. His statues were featured several times in the Great Berlin Art Exhibition.
It is in excellent condition, marked on the back with Rosenthal Art Department stamp mark of 1939 precisely, signed and numbered, NO chips, NO cracks and NO repairs, please see the pictures as they are part of description.
