Nose – Opens subtly spiced, with a dry heath quality amongst later coffee and grist
Palate – Catch early oily phenols, liquorice, tongue-tingling pepper and burnt toast style
Finish – The toast moves to sweeter burnt cake – still big, its spice and smoke arrive late
