1993 Mercedes Benz 300 SL R129.
This car runs, drives correctly.
It changes gears smoothly when cruising, and aggressively when driving sporty.
The soft top opens and closes as it should as well.
All the electric systems on the car function.
This car has had 6 owners to date.
Recently the gearbox has been replaced (at 264,000 km).
The car has passed its French technical inspections (controle technique ) in Octobre 2023 (valid for 2 years) also a full service in June 2023:
- Engine oil and filter changed.
- Gearbox oil and filter changed.
- 6 Spark plugs.
- 7 Spark plugs cables.
- Air filter.
- Fuel filter.
- 4 tires.
- Brake fluid.
- Antifreeze coolant.
No visible sign of past accidents, the body is in good shape despite some light scratches on both the front and rear bumper and a little dent on the hood (photos attached).
There are initial signs of corrosion on some parts of the undercarriage and the hardtop.
This car has a lot of maintenance and repair invoices, a lot of old TÜVs and the majority of the old sales contract.
Sold originally in Germany back in 1993 and has had 6 owners since.
Today it is located in Strasbourg, France and still is under German registration.
