An exceptional example of Swedish Art Deco design by C.G. Hallberg from the 1930s that is lifted by three legs, topped with storks heads, standing on a round pedestal.
The use of plain surfaces and sections with scored lines gives the piece a stylish design with subtle movement.
This is a rare item with its original removable cover, and it comes with an old silver-plated sugar sifter spoon by GAB (Guldsmeds Aktiebolag).
The sugar bowl is silver-plated, and it is stamped with "CGH. NS. C"
One very small dent to the lid, a few small age spots & some wear to the silverplating.
The general condition is beautiful, as you can see in the photos.
Beautiful piece that makes an incredible decorative detail in a wonderful design.
