Stelton - Erik Magnussen - Coffee set (3) - Cylinda - rvs

Erik Magnussen for Stelton / Euramax – Stainless Steel Coffee/Tea Set – Denmark, 1980s Iconic Scandinavian coffee/tea set designed by Erik Magnussen for Stelton, executed by Euramax. This set belongs to the well-known Cylinda-line, one of the most celebrated examples of Danish modern design from the late 20th century. Designed in the late 1960s and further developed in the following decades, the Cylinda-line is characterized by its pure geometric forms, based on the cylinder. Magnussen’s work builds on the legacy of Arne Jacobsen’s original Stelton series, translating functional objects into architectural, almost sculptural forms. The design is defined by: • строгly cylindrical volumes • brushed stainless steel surfaces • subtle graphic contrasts with black handles and lids • a balance between industrial precision and everyday usability This set includes: • Thermos jug with black handle and lid • Creamer • Sugar bowl with lid • Additional matching accessories (see photos) A coherent ensemble that perfectly illustrates the idea of “functional minimalism”—objects that are both highly usable and visually reduced to their essence. Condition: In very good condition with light traces of use consistent with age. No dents or structural damage. Presents beautifully. Marks: Each item is marked Euramax; the base of the each piece is additionally marked Stelton (see photos). Dimensions (approx.): • Thermos height: ± 30 cm A timeless design classic, suitable for both use and collection—perfect within a modernist, minimalist, or architectural interior. Will be carefully packed and shipped insured.
