First printing of the First American 1928 edition with a 5x4 inch fold-out publisher’s leaflet with author’s photograph.
The book is in very good condition with a well intact binding.
The covers show some sign of wear. Binding is straight and quite firm.
No loose, clean pages.
With a forward by John Galsworthy, illustrated end papers and singled page illustrations by Kurt Wiese, the block content is in fine condition.
A very good copy of « Bambi » a life in the woods; and the basis of the 1942 Disney film.
