Very rare edition of "De nieuwe Boerenkeuken" by G. Droeshaut & E. Van Daele published by J. Leherte-Courtin en Zoon in Ronse. No publication date indicated, but probably published around 1928-1930. Most likely the first edition because there is no mention it's a second or later (revised) edition. Due to its age the covers and spin have wear and tear and stains. The pages have wear and tear, various degrees of foxing and some stains. Pages 163-174 became detached from the binding. Please take a look at the photos for the condition. Very interesting and highly collectable book for foodies, chefs and lovers of vintage cookbooks.
