Rare Set of 5 "Windsor" Flared Sauté Pans by PETER BRUX This was a renowned metalworks in its day, known for the high quality of its cookware, but it no longer exists. The Windsor pans are tin-plated with a smooth finish and feature a cast iron handle secured by three copper rivets. Approximately 3mm thick, they are a testament to their high quality and durability, ideal for professional use. Exceptional weight per pan: 3 pans, 15cm in diameter, 1250g each 2 pans, 18cm in diameter, 1700g each The exterior has a beautiful patina. The interior tinning is worn and requires complete retinning for professional culinary use. Slight deformation of one piece, but overall all are in good shape
