Elegantly modelled standing figure of a court lady with full rounded face, delicate features and a serene expression. She wears a long, flowing robe with incised and painted decoration in red, white and turquoise pigments, and a tall, elaborate headdress typical of Tang court fashion. Her hands are clasped in front of her chest in a graceful gesture. The figure stands on a rectangular base. Height: 36.6 cm. Width: 7.4 cm. Depth: 9.5 cm. Weight: 1.18 kg.
