一つのククリ（kukhrı）、伝統的には以下の用途で使われてきた：
• 道具として、
• 儀式用の包丁として、
• そして歴史的にはグルカ兵の武器として。
• 二つの小さなナイフ：通常は:
• カルダ → 小型の実用ナイフ、
• チャクマク → 骨を削るのを助ける小さな刃で、火打石を削る etc.
• 装飾的な鞘：色とりどりの石/金属細工で豪華に嵌め込まれている。これが示すもの：
• 観光用あるいは儀式的な作りであること、
• おそらく20世紀中頃、
• 手作り。
由来
おそらく:
• ネパール（最も可能性が高い）、
• 輸出用の記念品/儀式用の品である可能性、
• おそらく1950年代–1980年代。
鞘のスタイルは典型的な軍用機能的ではなく、むしろ装飾的である。
