The guitar is made of native Australian wood, with the body back made of Bunya or Queensland Maple and the body top made of either US Rock Maple/Queensland Maple/Blackwood/Figured Australian Ash/Bunya. We cannot identify the wood. The neck is also either US Rock Maple/Queensland Maple/Blackwood/Bunya, but we believe US Rock Maple or Queensland Maple is used from the grain. Two original MISTRESS pickups are mounted and screwed on from the body back and The controls are 2 volume and 2 tone, and each tone pot can be pushed/pulled for coil tapping. The sound is clear, crisp, and has a good rise, reminiscent of the electric guitar sounds of the 70s and 80s.
