From the time of Mozart, James Cook, George Washington and the VOC. Made in London, 1749 Made by John Lambe Fully English hallmarked for sterling 925 silver. The dimensions of this fine pair of hand-made antique silver candlesticks are: Length 20.1 cm (7.9 inch) Wide at base 11 x 11 cm Approx. 492 + 468 = 960 grams / 31 troy ounces / oz (bobèches weigh 94 grams together). Condition: These antique cast silver candlesticks are a magnificent gauge of silver, magnificent quality and in exceptional presentation condition. The cast ornamentation is all very sharp.
