This is a set of 4 Japanese kitchen knives. The blade is made of molybdenum stainless steel, so it is less prone to rust compared to regular stainless steel and exhibits excellent wear resistance. These knives are manufactured in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, renowned as one of Japan's leading blade-making towns (formerly known as "Noshu 濃州"). This region has inherited a history dating back to the Kamakura period, passing down the traditions and skills of master craftsmen in blade-making regions. "Noshu Magoroku 濃州孫六" is the name of a famous Noshu swordsmith from around AD 1500. Carrying on his name and tradition, these knives are meticulously crafted. 1.
