Aquamarine, Tourmaline Davib Ost, Karibib, Erongo, Namibia 63 × 35 × 30 mm A beautiful, dramatic aquamarine specimen with deep color and a clean, aesthetic style. The crystal is free-standing, undamaged, and fully intact around its entire perimeter. The color, as seen here, is perfect—very intense, with a superb rainbow iridescence. The luster is excellent, especially for this locality, from which most specimens are relatively duller. Symmetry, color, sharp crystal form, and straight vertical presentation make this crystal one of the best I have seen in recent times. Includes a display base.
