ヴァチカン第二会議の聖ヨハネ・パウロ二世の牧者の指輪。この司教用の宝石で、18金の幅広い金帯が開いた形の指輪で、漁師の指輪として、1965年12月8日に会議を締めくくった際に全世界から集まった主教たちへ贈られました。116カ国から来た2,800人の主教が出席したこの会議のために、イタリア人アーティストHenrico Manfreniによって純度の高い金(750)で作られた貴重な宝石のひとつです。
この逸品には中心にイエスの像があり、その両側に二人の証人ペトロとパウロが並んでいます。
指輪はこれまで大きなイベントで着用されてきましたが、良好な状態を保っています。箱は経年で傷みましたが、同様の上品な淡いボルドー色のケースが付属します。
