珍しく、TSFの事務所はほとんどなく、ベルギー領コンゴの最終年間に、いくつかの離れた場所にのみ存在していました。この印はおそらく1945-1950年頃のものです。
金属製の印、木製ハンドル。
ハンドル付きの印の高さは約15cm。
押印直径は約30mm。
