ローマ生まれのLACRISSは、1990年4月生まれ。彼女は芸術を本能的な必要として捉え、常に自分に属する現実として存在してきた。学校時代から、絵は自然な使命として浮かび上がり、彼女はポケットに pencils を入れたまま家を出ることを決して忘れない記憶を回想する。その鉛筆は彼女の思考に形を与え、新聞の端や紙ナプキンの端にさえ想像上の都市を生み出す力を与えた。あの鉛筆は世界の陳腐さに対する盾であり、跡を残す印がある限り彼女は生きるべき現実を持つのだという証だった。この純粋な情熱は、今日定義された職業へと花開いている。
都市文化、ストリートアート、写真に影響を受け、彼女の作品は臨場感とオリジナルなスタイルで現代美術シーンに位置づく。LACRISSはキャンバス上で自信に満ち、直感的な言語を展開し、絵の滴り、力強いアクリルの筆致、スプレーペイントの層が表面を混沌の調和のうちに染み込ませる。混合技法（炭、鉛筆、マーカー、インク）の使用は、街のエネルギーを放つ鮮やかでカラフルな作品を生み出しつつ、荘厳な存在感を保つ。
