In the 1980s, he formed the King-Kong group together with Guido Venturini and was one of the co-founders of the Bolidista movement. He has executed a wide range of projects for Alessi, from playful objects from the 1990s to more recent, minimalist and refined designs that are also appreciated by a lay audience. He has been honoured with prestigious awards and has worked with major companies in various sectors. Several of his works are part of the collections of international museums. The objects he has designed for Alessi include the Girotondo line, which he designed together with Guido Venturini, and the successful Mami line of pots and pans.
