The CC - 2022 Release is the sixth expression in the distillery's limited annual series. For this edition, the whisky mastery team focused on creating a vibrant flavor experience by balancing the rich properties of European oak with the bright, sweet qualities of American oak. A key highlight of the 2022 edition is its distinct profile of fresh grapefruit, a flavor note engineered to stand out elegantly even when the high-strength spirit is used in premium cocktails.

Maturation: Exclusively matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and Sherry-seasoned oak casks. The distillery suggests letting it breathe in your glass for 10 to 15 minutes to fully open up its rich layers.

テイスティングノート

ノーズ: 新鮮なグレープフルーツ、桃、リンゴ、オレンジが際立つ非常に芳香性のブレンドで、バニラスポンジケーキ、ライトオーク、アーモンドへと上品に移行します。

palate: 豊かで複雑、最初に新鮮な柑橘類、キャラメル、チョコレートチップ、レモンビスケットの波があります。暖かい焼き菓子のスパイスに包まれます。

Finish: 極めて長く、滑らかで温かみがあり、独特の甘くクリーミーな余韻を残します
