コダック社 ロンドン製。霧の中での航空観測用視野スクリーン。英国製。木製の構造を備え、霧・眩光・水の条件下で視認を行うための、異なる色のフィルターを3列収めた携帯用光学機器。人間工学に合わせて成形された一体型グリップ。飛行士はスクリーンを顔の近くに保持し、観察のために適切なフィルターを選択していた。おそらくこれらの装置は沿岸部隊の編隊が主に使用していたと考えられる。壊れやすいため希少。フィルターには剥離の兆候がいくつか見られるが、全体的には良好な状態。元の紙箱ケース付き。第二次世界大戦

Prodotto da Kodak Ltd. Londra. Schermo per la visione aerea in condizioni di nebbia, fabbricato in Gran Bretagna. Dispositivo ottico portatile con una struttura in legno che ospita tre file di filtri di diversi colori per la visione attraverso nebbia, bagliore e acqua. Impugnatura sagomata integrata. L'aviatore teneva lo schermo vicino al viso e selezionava il filtro appropriato per effettuare le osservazioni. Probabilmente questi dispositivi erano utilizzati principalmente dagli equipaggi del Comando Costiero. Rari da trovare in quanto piuttosto fragili. Presentano alcuni segni di delaminazione dei filtri, ma nel complesso sono in buone condizioni. Completo di custodia di cartone originale. Seconda guerra mondiale

Kodak aerial observation haze screen from the United Kingdom, a portable wooden-framed optical device with three color-filter rows for viewing through fog, glare and water, measuring 23 cm by 15 cm by 1.8 cm with an integrated contoured handle, associated with the Royal Observer Corps in World War II, in good condition, without a certificate of authenticity and supplied with an original cardboard case.
