Pair of two Meiji-period Satsuma porcelain bowls from Japan, dating to the late 19th century, each 7.5 cm high and 15 cm in diameter, hand-painted with figures, flowers and geometric motifs, interior with flowers and a butterfly, with a signature beneath the bases and minor age-related wear including two hairlines on one bowl.
