TASTING NOTES
このオリーブオイルは完熟と青果のノートを組み合わせたもので、同時に中くらいの果実味を持ち、完熟と青果ノートが同居します。
香りは完熟/青果バナナ、リンゴ、そして若草を思わせます。
苦味とスパイスは中程度の強さで、口中にやや複雑さをもたらし、ドライフルーツの余韻を残します。最終的な持続性は中程度です。
