A gnathian black varnished ceramic olpe decorated on the neck with geometric garlands with white, red and yellow polychromy. Side handle at neck height. Beautiful metallic gloss. Body slightly ribbed, decorated with vertical incised lines. Great Greece. Gnathia. 4th Century BC. Small nick on the inside ( see pictures ).Surface wear and mineral deposits . Intact in excellent condition. Dimensions: 13,50 Provenance: Gorny & Mosch Auction House ( Germany ). From a Lower Rhine collection, estate of H. W.
