Rosenthal - MARTIN FREYER - 花瓶 - MCM オプアート / ブルータリズム - Porcelain - マット/ビスク - 1960年代後半

On offer is a vintage, MCM, Rosenthal studio-linie vase created by the renowned designer Martin Freyer. The vase produced in the late 1960s, features a textured, matte/bisque, white porcelain finish in a Brutalist or Op Art style. Martin Freyer was a German architect, graphic designer (he created the Volkswagen VW logo in 1938), stage designer, textile and wallpaper designer, photographer, painter, teacher and a creator of art glass and porcelain for Rosenthal from 1964 to 1974. Many of Rosenthal's Studio Line pieces, such as this vase, aimed to make the surface an object the decoration, dispensing with colour altogether. The vase is marked on the bottom with the Rosenthal studio-linie logo and Martin Freyer’s signature. DIMENSIONS: The vase measures 18 cm high, 8.5 cm wide, and 6 cm deep. CONDITION: The piece is an excellent condition, with very few, minor signs of usage. SHIPPING: The item will be carefully wrapped, packaged and boxed, and dispatched with a tracking trace code.
