花瓶 - Porcelain - China (No reserve price)
The Yuan Dynasty (1271–1368) was the first unified dynasty in Chinese history established by the Mongols, a minority ethnic group. This is a rare Yuan Dynasty underglaze red vase. Its production process is similar to that of blue and white porcelain, using copper oxide as a colorant to paint on the body, then covering it with a transparent glaze and firing it in a high-temperature reducing flame. Yuan Dynasty porcelain is quite rare, and this particular vase with dragon patterns is even more precious.
