ビクトリア朝のローズゴールドのペンダントは、純度約10〜11カラットの Gold で作られています。メダリオン型のペンダントは刻印がないため、宝飾職人に専門的な検査を依頼し、上記の私の説明を彼は確認しました。涙型のメダリオン型ペンダントはヒンジで開くことができ、写真用の枠と1枚の透明なカバー付きで内部に写真を入れるスペースがあります。表面は繊細な彫刻で、中央には小さなオパールのキャボションと美しい虹彩が入っています。裏面はポリッシュ仕上げです。ペンダントの長さは約3.3 cm、幅は約2.1 cm。オパール直径約2.3 mm。ビクトリア朝の金細工技術による1890年代末〜1900年頃の、非常に美しく、使用感のある大事にされてきた状態です。
このロットの金含有量は、いくつかの国の法定金地金を下回っています。
