1. The watch is sold on an as is condition. Unless otherwise stated, no warranty is provided and no claims for timekeeping accuracy, water resistance etc. will be allowed or entertained.
時計は現状有姿で販売されます。特に理由が明記されていない限り、保証は付与されず、精度・防水性等のクレームは認められません。

2. The buyer shall be responsible for additional customs and/or value-added taxes that may be levied by the tax authorities of each country. Therefore, please check with the relevant authorities if you are unsure and bid accordingly. In the event the buyer fails to take delivery due to non-payment of taxes payable, the buyer shall still be liable for all shipping, customs clearance and other admin costs incurred.

3. In the event of cancellation at the buyer’s discretion after shipment, the buyer shall be liable for all return shipping charges, admin and custom charges payable to ship back and re-import the watch.
出荷後に買い手の任意でキャンセルする場合、返送費用・事務手数料・通関費用および時計の再輸入費用を買い手が負担します。

4. International transit (excluding customs clearance and last mile delivery) usually takes up to 2 weeks but may take longer depending on the country and location, public holidays, war situation in Ukraine, global pandemic situation and so on.
国際輸送（通関および最終配達を除く）は通常最大2週間ですが、国や地域、祝日、ウクライナ情勢、世界的なパンデミックなどにより長くなることがあります。
