Erosione — Sculptural Vessel (Unique Piece) Hand-built terracotta sculptural vessel by Valentina Cojocaru. A quiet object shaped by earth, touch and time. Part of the Erosione collection, this sculptural vessel explores the quiet balance between mass and softness. Its elongated, asymmetrical silhouette recalls a river stone slowly polished by flowing water, where every curve feels inevitable. The opening retreats gently into the form, transforming the vessel into an intimate landscape. Entirely hand-built through the traditional coiling technique, each layer is patiently added, compressed and refined by hand before being carefully scraped and sanded into its final continuous surface. The natural red earthenware is left completely raw and unglazed, allowing its warm mineral body to remain exposed and preserving every subtle trace of the making process. There is no ornament, only proportion, gesture and material. The vessel invites touch as much as contemplation, revealing the quiet richness that only slow craftsmanship can achieve. Suitable as a sculptural vessel for dried arrangements or as a standalone artwork. Not watertight. A unique piece. Hand signed by the artist. Artisan: Valentina Cojocaru Manufacturing technique: Entirely hand-built through traditional coiling technique Material: Natural red earthenware Surface: Raw, matte, unglazed Origin: Made in Italy Studio: Lea Studios — Packing ceramics requires additional time and special care to ensure safe transportation. Please note that dispatch may take more than three days.
