A superb George III / Regency octagonal jewellery box, measuring circa 23,3cm in length and weighing 427g, standing on four lathed dark hardwood feet, burred yew veneer on walnut to each panel with ebonized demarcation. Lock and key in perfect working order although key is a replacement.
Stamped with maker´s mark HS or SH to the underside. Estimated age: Circa 1800.
Condition: Very good, no significant damages or repairs. Minimal wear.
This lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered and insured mail.
