Two Japanese Sumida pottery objects (Sumida Gawa and Sumida Ishiguro Koko) from the Taisho period with highly detailed reliefs of children and monkeys; one iron-red vase with four children (height 24 cm, diameter 13.5 cm) shows a chip on a mantle, and one brown handle vase with two climbing monkeys (height 16.5 cm, diameter 6.5 cm) has a damaged ear and hand, in good overall condition with signs of age.
