寸法: 高さ（保存状態）約10 cm；最大直径約8 cm。黒い展示台が付属します。
状態: 台の脚が折れて欠損。目立つ修復痕はなし。埋葬による美しいパティーナと、時代相応の覆土・摩耗が見られます。
来歴: フランスの競売会社。匿名化された領収証が提供されます。その前に、考古学者であるB氏のフランス私蔵コレクションです。
説明:
この小さな陶土の杯は、ガロ・ローマ期の実用陶器の興味深い例です。橙色から淡い茶色の粘土で作られており、微妙な雲母分を含み、鉱物の微細な混入が点在しています。球形の胴体、強く絞られた首、広くはだけた縁を持ち、浅い盆の形状を作り出す、 elegant なフォルムが特徴です。その均整の取れたプロフィールは、1世紀〜2世紀のローマ期ガリアの地方で生産された普及品に典型的で、家庭用または宗教的用途を想定して作られています。
古いコレクションラベルには次の記載があります。『小さなピンクがかった素焼きの杯、脚部欠損、球形の胴部。薬剤或いは点眼薬の収納用だった可能性がある。時代: ガロ・ローマ期、1世紀〜2世紀AD。この古い識別は、作品の保存状態とよく一致する。元のリング状の脚は現在欠落しており、古く安定した割れが露出しているが、杯の他の部分は非常に良好な考古学的状態を保つ。脚の旧欠損以外には現代の修復は観察されない。』
