ヴィンテージの18Kホワイトゴールドの指輪で、前面に特に透かしのように開いた高めのリングバンドが特徴です。小さなボールで作られた非常に繊細な模様で、ほとんどフィリグリーのようです。23個のダイヤモンドは上部に一列に配置されています。
