The CC - 2019 Release is the third expression in the distillery's annual limited-edition series. For this vintage, Whisky Maker Polly Logan carefully selected an optimum strength of 52.9% ABV to strike a precise balance between intense oak spice and a dominant, syrupy sweetness.

Matured exclusively in hand-picked oak casks seasoned with Oloroso Sherry from Jerez, Spain.Filtering: Non-chill filtered to preserve full mouthfeel and natural color.

Tasting Notes:

The distillery officially recommends letting this expression breathe in the glass for 10 to 15 minutes to fully unlock its deeper flavor layers.

Color: Antique gold.

Nose: Opens with a rich mix of orange zest, fresh ginger, vanilla custard, and hints of toasted hazelnuts and light leather.

Palate: Highly viscous and creamy. It delivers an initial burst of caramel and butterscotch pudding, followed by sweet gingerbread, sultanas, and mandarin orange.

Finish: Satisfyingly long and warming, leaving an enduring trace of honeyed sweetness, black tea, and dry oak spice.
