紀元初頭に属する、良好に保存された真正のローマ時代の十字形フィブラ（クロスボウ・フィブラ）です。
このフィブラはマントやその他の衣服（トーガのような衣服を肩に留めるのに使われました）を肩に固定するためのものでした。ローマの兵士はマントを留めるためにこの十字形フィブラを使用しました。これらのフィブラは「三つの結び目フィブラ」または「玉ねぎ形フィブラ」とも呼ばれます。古代ギリシャ人もペプロスにフィブラを使用しました。
