Porcelain chocolate pot with a .950 silver lid and lathed hardwood handle, Belgian 19th‑century work, circa 17 cm high, 18 cm wide and 10 cm deep, total weight 365 g (silver lid 37 g), decorated in polychrome enamels and gold with a rose garland and pineapple finial, maker's mark A and assay mark .950, underside impressed D, in excellent condition.
