Glenallachie のカスクストレングス10年の第8弾は、2022年11月にリリースされたもので、ペドロ・ヒメネスとオロロソ・シェリーのパンチョンを組み合わせ、さらに少数のバージンオークと元リオジャ・レッドワインのカスクを、ブレンダーのビリー・ウォーカーが厳選して婚配させたものです。

結果として、モカ、ナツメグ、クルミの香りが弾け、その後にはヘザーはちみつ、ドライレーズン、ドライベリーの香りが続きます。口に含むとシナモン、モラセス、蜂蜜の巣、ジンジャー、ダークチョコレート、ナツメグ、フェンネルのノートが残り、フィニッシュにかけて余韻が続きます。
