Satsuma ceramic vase from Japan in Mid-Century Modern style, dating to the 1960s–1970s, with a craquelé cream glaze and polychrome enamel with shiny gold details, depicting a naturalistic scene with pheasants, exotic birds, large peonies and trees, mounted on a dark carved wooden base with five feet; height 71.5 cm, width 26.5 cm, depth 26.5 cm, in good used condition with small signs of age and stains.
