非常に珍しい品物で、重さもあり、良いサイズです！！！！
素晴らしい時代の風化が施されています。
ガロ＝ローマ時代という語は、特にベルギーとフランスでよく用いられる呼称で、古代ガリアおよびガリア・ベルギカのローマ時代を指します。ガリアとガリア・ベルギカは、現代のフランス、ベルギー、スイス西部、オランダおよびドイツの一部に相当する地域を概略含んでいました。
この種の像は当時この地域で供物や護符として用いられていました。
腕を広げ、手を開いた状態で、祈りまたは祝福の姿勢（adorant）を示しています。
この祈りの姿勢と、目立つ陰茎の組み合わせはこの時代に現れ、当時は幸運のシンボルとしてしばしば用いられました。
