豪華で ungewöhnlichに大きな日本の青白磁の Charger は、濃い下絵付けのコバルトブルーで完全に手描きされています。装飾は、竹、花枝、そして水生植物を描く繊細な中央メダリオンを取り囲む、華麗なモザイク状のパネルが交互に配置された優雅な構図を特徴としています。

装飾は非常に高い精度で実行され、コバルトの色調の変化が卓越しており、深いサファイアブルーから繊細な濃淡の washes を用いて驚くべき奥行きと対比を生み出します。広い幾何学的な縁取りと、慎重にバランスの取られた放射状の構図は、古典的な有田の伝統に触発された高品質な日本装飾磁器の特徴です。

裏面には、二重方形のカルトゥーシュに囲まれた手描きの下絵付けの工房マークがございます。 charger は、日本の骨董を収集する旧ノルウェー貴族階の遺産に由来し、1960年頃以前に収集された同様の日本磁器作品とともに取得されました。
